Continuing on from my recent inspiration (detailed here), I did another thing.

It’s a song for my sons. About some of the lessons I hope they remember, when I’m not around to walk with them anymore.

About holding your tongue and holding the door.

To skate the rail, no matter the fear.

To hold your word.

And to remember our family motto: “Courage and Kindness”… always.

It’s a demo. And it’s messy. And the sound levels are all over the place.

But I like to think that when I’m gone, they’ll be able to listen to it, and remember our chats.

I’m taking them camping tomorrow. Just the three of us. I hope they remember that, and all our other adventures, too.
